KS1, KS2 and College level art and design, history and literacy activities inspired by the museum collection. Everything from portraiture to decorative arts, collage, photography, science and history. Each resource is broken into three to four bite size parts that build on the previous activity. As pupils progress, they should be able to think critically and develop a more rigorous understanding of art and design and how to communicate it through words as well as craft. Being creative offers the opportunity to give ourselves time to think, reflect and relax. This resource will enable students to focus on the creative process, develop their senses, formulate ideas into creative writing and to try something new.
